Prior to Meesho, he was part of Qualcomm’s Cyber Security Team for 4 years and was primarily associated with Insider Threat Monitoring. He has a knack for digital forensics and is well-versed in SOC culture. He has hands-on experience with enterprise tools like Forcepoint, Netskope CASB, and ServiceNow.
Alvin Lim Xiang Long
Senior IT Risk Manager at Endowus
Alvin is the Technology Risk Manager & Data Protection Officer at Endowus, the first digital advisor to span both private wealth and pension savings in Singapore. At Endowus, he is responsible for developing and implementing information security and protection strategies. He enjoys the challenge of bridging the gap between Modern Cyber Security Landscape and Technological Risk Compliance Requirements.
Alvin has joined two Fintech Startups at Series A, leading the IT Sec Team in building Security Controls and GRC processes from scratch in a highly regulated environment. Covering for a holistic security program, he also spearheaded red team projects and phishing campaigns.

Tarun Matai is the Data Security Lead at Careem, an Uber company, where he is accountable for data security across the multi-channel, multi-cloud environment, and implements principles of Zero trust to secure identity in the cloud.
Tarun has led programs including Information Security and Privacy by managing global regulations like GDPR, Cloud Security Advisory, DevSecOps Enterprise Security Architecture, and the implementation of standards like ISO 27001.
