Lucía is the Head of Legal and Compliance at Factorial HR. She joined the company 2 years ago as the first in-house lawyer.
With more than 12 years of experience in different law fields, Lucía started working in SaaS companies 5 years ago building Security and Data Protection policies.
Graduated in Law in 2007 (University of Barcelona) and in 2008 Master’s Degree in International Business Law in (ESADE).
Lucía has also coursed studies in Corporate Compliance (ESADE) and Data Protection Officer (Thomson Reuters).
Legal Counsel | Factorial
Xavier is a lawyer dedicated to Compliance and Information Technology Law since 2019 who joined Factorial HR to be their Legal Counsel in May of 2023.
He graduated in Law in 2016 from Pompeu Fabra University and did a Master’s Degree in Law from the Barcelona School of Management (BSM), a Postgraduate in Data Protection – Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), a Master’s Degree in ICT, Social Networks and Intellectual Property – ESADE, and a Postgraduate in Compliance – Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF).
Xaviers was a Co-tutor in the E-Commerce Law Course of Thomson Reuters from 2020 to 2022.
